Pelotons Boutique Hotel concept is a 4 star Catalan-traditional style boutique hotel that will offer luxury accommodation, world class sports complex and excellent customer service. An award winning, local Architectural firm will ensure a stunning traditional construction with their modern and functional signature. The boutique hotel will host 36 bedrooms, a dormitory and 20 exclusive cabins. Customers will also benefit from a huge range of amenities that will cater to athletes, families, business persons and travelers. This destination will be second to none in the world. In fact, we are creating a new category of boutique hotel/sports destination. The facilities shall include a restaurant, cafe and a spa, all displaying magnificent views of Catalan mountain ranges all the way to the Pyrenees.

In Girona there are a number of 4 & 5 star “cycling” hotels. They attract a lot of cyclists at a high price, as the market allows. Although they do not provide the huge amount of services that we have planned and not at our planned pricing point. Girona doesn’t have a singular facility which caters for a triathlete wants. Nor does it offer these facilities at a price that is reasonable as they wish to preserve the facilities for their members primarily.
Let’s consider our competitor to be a world class sports facility with an Olympic distance swimming pool, and indoor 25m swimming pool, a IAAF standard 400m running track, and on site accommodation. Our competition offers poor value for money with low quality accommodation. Our destination will have all of the above sporting assets and more, with a 4 star boutique hotel that will give us a huge competitive advantage.Triathlon is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. With a huge target market globally, there are few sports destinations that triathletes can go and bring their families.
Primarily we will focus on cyclists and triathletes, and their families as the main target market. This market travels far and wide each year and spends a huge amount of money on races and training camps. LOCATION
Pelotons® Boutique Hotel will be located in a safe and secured environment in the heart of Girona, Catalonia Province, Spain, about 20 minutes drive from the city of Girona, 20 minutes from the town of Banyoles, and 30 minutes from Costa Brava on the Mediterranean Sea. We are conveniently located in the worlds’ headquarters for all types of cycling and triathlon training.
Our boutique hotel facility will be decorated in an exquisite and elegant facade, so much so that it will be a conspicuous edifice in the traditional village, where it is located.
